In case my cheesy and overused greeting hasn't tipped you off, I'm so excited about Halloween. Whether it's the candy, costumes or the (Florida) fall weather... there is something magical about this time of year for me.
Usually October triggers my interests in the supernatural, more recently witches!
And just in time to feed my witching addiction is....
Now I know what you're thinking... rip off from Charmed?
Not really. I enjoyed it, it starts off a little rocky but grabs your atttention by the middle-end. I'm curious as to how the series will manage to keep a fresh storyline without coming too close to other "witchy" shows.
Here is a brief summary from ImBd:
"Centers on the adventures of a mother and her two adult daughters, both of whom unknowingly are their family's next generation of witches, who lead seemingly quiet, uneventful modern day lives in Long Island's secluded seaside town of North Hampton. When one of the daughters becomes engaged to a young, wealthy newcomer, a series of events forces her mother to admit to her daughters they are, in fact, powerful and immortal witches."
And after pondering for half an hour on where I had seen the character "Freya"
BAM it hit me!
It's "Nora" from Step up!
Perhaps Channing Tatum might make a guest apperance! Keep your fingers crossed ladies!
Till next time...
Happy Haunting!
